When should I expect my order?
Most orders submitted by 2 PM EST will ship out on the same day; otherwise, your order should ship on the next business day! Currently, US standard shipping can take 2-8 business days. If you need your order sooner, we recommend expedited shipping.
How can I get free shipping?
If you spend $69 or more, you automatically qualify for free US ground shipping. No code is necessary to redeem this offer.
How will my order come packaged?
Your order will arrive in discreet, plain box with no advertisement. Smaller packages may also arrive in discreet, plain bubble envelopes.
I haven’t received a tracking number. What should I do?
It can take up to two days for us to process and ship your order, but it’s y’all processed the same day if the order is placed before 7pm. If you placed your order more than two days ago and have yet to receive a shipment notification and tracking number please contact us at [email protected].
My discount code is not working! What should I do?
First, check your cart to make sure it meets the requirements for the discount. Also, make sure that the code has been entered correctly at checkout.
